Besides the glass images, I also shot a round of white objects. The end result for these will be similar to my Remembering The Everydayseries, but for now I want to share just the single images because they are interesting me as well.
The composites are finished, but I need to live with them a little longer before I decide to share them. I may however share more of the glass still life scenes in the mean time. And, as a bonus for this post, here are two images I took with my phone while wrapping things up and playing with the light.
I had an extra long day of classes, and the sun was pretty much down by the time I finished dinner. I wanted to shoot my raspberries before I ate them, but had to get creative with lighting since it was dark.
I found this bottle while at the Peddler’s Mall/Flea Market, where I bought my Brownie Camera. I have a glass collection going at the moment, which so far is all bottles from diffusers or or soda bottles that I like, nothing very cool and definitely nothing remotely old. So needless to say I was very excited when I found this. I have tried to find out what year it is, and all I can really figure is that it is between 1936 (when this slogan campaign was initiated) to the 1960’s. So if anyone knows what year this is from please let me know!
