I needed to get out of my apartment yesterday, so went on a quick adventure.

48/365 – Green
I went for a short hike today at Raven Run Nature Sanctuary. I was originally planning on going for an extremely long hike at the Red River Gorge and so I had packed a lunch and such, but decided last-minute I wanted something a bit more relaxing and a place to just sit and breathe with nothing around so that I could clear my head. I stumbled on this spot, and ate my lunch on some rocks just to the right of this picture. It was a perfect spot and was just what I needed.
And of course please remember to go vote for my portfolio and tell everyone that you know! You can vote once a day. I so appreciate each and every vote I can get, thank you for the support!
Raven Run Hike
Here are the rest from my mini hike yesterday morning.
There was a random tomb for Archibald Moore.
So if you were to go by all of the above images you would think that all I shot yesterday were vertical pictures. This however is not true. I took lots of horizontal ones, my favorites just happened to be vertical. But, for good measure, here is a horizontal shot.
245/365 – Finally, rain
**Still catching up…
Saturday, 9-11
We got rain for the first time in about a month or so on Saturday. We were (and still are) in desperate need of it. So of course my picture had to have something to do with the rain.

60/365 – Wrinkles
I cannot believe I am posting this. I hate my feet. They are gross. Especially right now due to my beautiful ankle (it is really becoming colorful). Plus it is my 60th shot, which is impressive for me, so I was hoping for something big and cool. But I had absolutely no other ideas for today and not a ton of time because I have so much homework. So, here you go, my ugly feet to look at.
16/365 – Working Hard
I am in a ceramics studio this semester, which is going to be interesting. I have never dealt with ceramics at all before, and so that alone is going to provide a challenge. Plus, I don’t deal much with 3D things, and so that is a challenge for me as well. There are so many other reasons that the class is going to be difficult for me, but it is late and I have an 8 am class.
I took this photo earlier in the day (I promise, I did take this on the 24th), while in studio, but am just now having time to upload. They are my friend’s hands, but we are basically the same person, so this might as well be a self portrait. We discovered tonight that when we tell the story of how we became friends it becomes similar to a story of a couple meeting, which caused a good laugh.
