310/365 – Holding On

**Wednesday, November 15

I couldn’t think of anything to take a picture of, so I said to Whitney, “can I take a picture of your hands?” She said sure, and suggested she hold her new candle, which I then suggested we put her candle in my bird-cage; such a group effort! It took forever to edit this picture, which is why it isn’t getting up until today. I worked on it for close to two hours last night, and still wasn’t happy with it, so I decided to leave it until today.

308/365 – Night Owl

Ha, cheesy title I know, but I had to.

Anyways, something a little more simple for todays picture. My roommate Whitney just bought this candle holder, and I asked her what I should take a picture of and she told me take one of her candle lit with her little owl next to it. I liked the idea, so here it is!

294/365 – Match

**Saturday, October 30

Last night I shot two events for the magazine that I shot for during the summer. It was a bit crazy doing two in one night, but for the most part went smoothly. When I got done with all that though I was pretty tired and feeling too lazy for a picture, and Elliot said I should take a picture of fire. So I had him light a match, and I flipped my lens around, and this is what I ended up with. I didn’t have my card reader with me so I had to wait until today to get it uploaded.

149/365 – Coals

My absolute favorite thing about summer is grilling out. This summer I have grilled out at least 2-3 times a week, usually just by myself. I love it. Tonight Elliot and I grilled some burgers and corn for dinner, a perfect summer meal in my opinion.
