Pixel had to come to my house today because of maintenance on Elliot’s apartment. At Elliot’s he doesn’t have a place to just sit and look out the window, and so a good chunk of the day was spent on my bed, or on the top of the couch watching outside.
I didn’t intend for yesterday’s picture to be of Pixel, but I was playing around early in the day, and then things got busy and I didn’t get around to doing anything else. So, once again, here is our kitty.
On an unrelated note, for those of you who know Flickr, my pro account ran out. I didn’t think I was going to miss it, but now that it is gone, yikes, free Flickr does not quite cut it. Too bad I barely have money for food, let alone upgrading my Flickr account. That said, if you should feel the desire to support this starving artist, I am always selling prints, just message or comment and we will work something out! And thank you all for the comments and encouragement!
We decided on a name a week or so ago, so meet Pixel! Who we now think is a boy, not a girl. Luckily we picked a name that works for either one. All I can say is that he came at a good point in my 365. You will probably be seeing a lot of little Pixel in the next 53 days.
So, Elliot and I were leaving his apartment this afternoon to go get some lunch, and while locking his door we heard this meowing. We looked around, and sitting on his steps was this little stray (we are pretty sure) kitty. She (again, we are pretty sure) was so incredibly beautiful, and Elliot had been wanting a cat, so we decided to keep it! She is so friendly and well-behaved, and just adorable. So, meet….the so far unnamed kitty.
