Today was my long day of classes/teaching. When I got home I was exhausted, and in crazy pain because of my ulcer, so all I wanted to do was sit on the couch. So….this is from yesterday.

257/366 – Clay Stomp

Today the K-State ceramics department held a clay stomp, where we all stomped on last year’s dried clay while slowly adding water to get it back into usable shape.

I should have done something much more exciting for day 200…but I’m going through one of those “I’m sick of my 366” phases.

152/366 – Baby Birds

I love when an image for my 366 just presents itself to me and I don’t even have to think about it. I had other plans for todays photograph, but then my mom told me about these birds.

The guys re-siding our house today knocked these little guys out of their nest, but they built a new one for them on the ground with grass clippings. The parents were still coming back to feed them and watch over them, even when we were standing near by.

118/366 – Pile

I want on a kind of spur of the moment photo adventure with some friends this afternoon. We walked through some woods, got muddy feet, washed them in a fountain, and walked along a lake. And the weather was absolutely beautiful. It was a nearly perfect day.

I had quite a few shots I really liked, and that were more “me” but I really liked the lines and texture in this one.

55/366 – Raspberries

I took this in the 5 minutes I had this afternoon before heading to work. And just now got home from work a half hour before midnight to edit/post.

And now it is time to crash; goodnight.
