334/366 – Christmas

I couldn’t decide between these two, and then ended up liking how the colors/compositions worked when together. So today you get two for one. Merry Christmas!

190/366 – Orange

*Thursday, November 1
I shot this yesterday morning when I was leaving my apartment to go to class. It was a wonderful site to start my day. And then I was so exhausted when I finally got home that I didn’t want to shoot anything else.

I am being so bad with this 365…

274/366 – Contradiction

*Monday, October 15
Monday morning I had to get in my car again and drive back to Manhattan. It was a miserably sad day saying goodbye to my fiance again.

267/366 – Fall

I was in studio most of the day today, but while walking in I noticed this tree in the parking lot and grabbed a few shots.

130/366 – Secret Garden

I had a few frames left in my sx70 that I wanted to use up, so I wandered in my mom’s garden this evening.

115/366 – Tangled

I haven’t done a self-portrait in such a long time. Mostly because I have been lazy and uninspired. Today I finally had an idea I liked, but when I went out to shoot it I realized my hair isn’t long enough for what I had hoped to do. After messing around in photoshop quite a bit though I managed to turn it into something I think works.

93/366 – Hidden

Sunday, April 8
After church on Sunday we had some time to kill before heading to lunch with his family. We ended up wandering around the UK arboretum for a bit since it was so nice out.

Oh, and my scanner did something weird to this one so I will probably re-scan it. I just wanted to get it uploaded.

I hadn’t done a double exposure for a while, and it is a series I want to continue so I figured I should shoot something for it. Plus, I think a new mini series may result from this image. I am still trying to think of a title for the series, so far the only thing I have thought of is the title of a Dr. Seuss book, “Oh the Places You Will Go,” which I am not happy with.
