Since I was stuck laying on the ground while my friend attached string to me (from the “Bleed” photo shoot), I resorted to taking pictures to give myself something to do. I got a little more “experimental” than I usually do with my shots, mostly due to the fact that I wasn’t able to look where I was shooting for a lot of them.
We got rain for the first time in ages yesterday, and after sleeping away an awful migraine all day that was about all I could think to capture.
Yesterday was a pretty busy day for me. Lots of errands, and some needed time hanging out with Minnesota friends. I didn’t get a chance to take many pictures, I think I only took 6 in fact. This was really the only one that turned out, so you are stuck with a boring flower picture.

Here are the rest of the slip ‘n slide pictures that I liked (for the most part). Such a fun little evening because of this! And so good finally seeing some friends!
It rained almost all day today. And was only in the 40’s which was a bit of a bummer after being in sun and 80 degree weather all weekend. I was exhausted today, and this was about all I managed to get that I liked for the day.
Time to play catch up from the weekend. On friday we woke up at 5 and started driving to NC for my boyfriend’s brother’s wedding (well, the rehearsal dinner on Friday). I wasn’t really expecting to be able to get any pictures this weekend (especially Friday after our 8 hour drive), but we had some time once we arrived at the barn/cabin/wedding location so I wandered around the grounds and took a few shots. I will be uploading more from Friday, as well as the rest of the weekend.
I don’t know why but I just love this picture. It really isn’t all that special, but it just stands out to me for some reason.
My titles have really been lacking in creativity lately, I apologize. Hopefully the pictures are better than the titles. It rained all day today, and I wasn’t really in a picture taking mood at all, for various reasons, so after I got back from my first class this morning I put down my umbrella and snapped a few pictures, and this is what I ended up with.
