131/366 – Blueberry Muffin

The oldest boy that I nanny for had his first t-ball game tonight, so I went to watch him play. It was so fun to see him out there playing with someone other than me, but it meant I didn’t get home from work until almost. I was far too exhausted and lazy to do anything but a muffin for dinner, and take a lazy shot of it for my 366 today.

36/366 – Dip

We made some cookie dough dip for the Superbowl today, but unfortunately I wasn’t feeling so great all day so I didn’t get to enjoy it (or any of the other amazing food that was there).

I hope everyone has had a great weekend and has a wonderful start to their week tomorrow!

46/365 – sitting in gold.

I love days when I have no motivation, no desire to take a picture, and no ideas what so ever and then BAM! Something incredible happens. Tonight was definitely one of those nights, and at one point I even started questioning why I am doing this 365, and why I am putting myself through this once again. But, I pushed through it and started messing around, and now I am in love with my picture for the day.

31/365 – message in a bottle

Wow today has been a busy day for my blog and Flickr! The busiest ever in fact. I got Freshly Pressed here on WordPress, and had my most recent photograph make Explore on Flickr as well. Thank you everyone for the views and comments, and welcome to my new subscribers! I so appreciate all the feedback and support!

5/365 – Tiny Growth

This spring I was browsing scrolling through Craftgawker (such a fun site) and stumbled on the Etsy shop of TortoiseLovesDonkey (two links in one post! A first for me!). I immediately fell in love with almost everything in there, but especially the three tiny little terrariums. As soon as they arrived at my house I knew I would want to use them for photographs, but never got around to it for one reason or another. Unfortunately, one got mold on the leaves and has since shriveled up, and the second one just doesn’t look so good. The third one however has sprouted some new growth and is simply beautiful. And the light coming in the window where they sit was just perfect for a shot tonight, so here it is! I played around with the editing more than I usually do to, and I absolutely love it, I hope you enjoy!
